More Blues Blogging

So what blues have I been listening to.  I have been steeped in blues for the last couple of weeks. 

Youtube is a great source and some of my favourites among the older guys are:

• Big Bill Broonzy „Too Too Train Blues"
  
• Woody Guthrie~ All You Fascists Bound To Lose
  
• John Lee Hooker - Hobo Blues
  
• Mississippi John Hurt - You got to walk that lonesome valley; and of course
•  Muddy Waters - Manish Boy and Hoochie Coochie

Mostly before my time.  I have also been revisiting my favourite bands from my youth.  I was there at the Ten Years After concert in Edinburgh in the 1970s.  They rocketed to fame with Woodstock in 1970.  Alvin Lee deserves more recognition. Here they are playing Slow Blues in C.   Enjoy.
